Must I have a good level of English to join?
If you want a native English teachers for the lesson, we recommend at least a pre-intermediate level. If you have a beginner or elementary level, we have teachers who speak French.

My English is already quite good – how will the lessons benefit me?
Live-English.net helps you improve your spoken English and listening skills. It's a private English lesson so our programs are custom-made to fit your exact needs, conversation, exam preparation, job interview, specific fields of activities, etc.

Can I enrol at any time?
You can register at any time. Just order the amount of lessons you want. You can pay for one lesson and then decide if you want to benefit from our great deals.

Do I have to have all my lessons together?
Whatever package of lessons you take, you have to complete your program within a year after purchase. To get best results we recommend our student to take 2-3 lessons a week, but everything depends on you.

How soon can I book my lessons?
Once you register and pay for lessons,you can book a time for your first lessons with our customer services on Skype or on the telephone. You can book each lesson individually or you can book a series of lessons.

When can I start my lessons?
You can start you lessons as soon as you have paid and contacted the customer services for bookings. You can usually have a lesson on the same day you registered.

What do I do if I need to cancel my booked lesson?
Just send us an email to admin@live-english.net, subject 'Cancellation' at least 12 hours before your lesson begins.

Can I change my teacher?
Yes, after you have finished your lesson, you can book your next lesson with a different teacher, depending on who is available at the time you want your next lesson. Contact our customer services for more details

Are there any extra phone charges?
For telephone lessons, the cost of the call is included in the lesson price. If you booked a lesson on Skype and want to have it on the phone, please contact our customer services.

What do I need to get Skype?
You will need to have a broadband internet connection and a computer. To find out how easy it is, just click here: http://www.skype.com/helloagain.html. All you need is the free Skype software and a phone or headset and you can talk for free.

Can I have lessons via my mobile phone?
You can have lessons via your mobile phone, but you will have to pay extra to cover the cost of the call.
